Web Layout design and iconography representing each challenge mode in the game
This is the in-game skill application UI design of Quickhit's style and functionality guide. It illustrates each skill tier (bronze, silver, gold, platnium), skill status(locked, unlocked, available, applied) and how they can be applied to each player in the roster panel.
Quickhit's guide to the design and functionality of every element within the game lobby, player trainer,in-game user interface.
User interface layout highlighting the design and functionality of every element (play clock, play card, player filter, plays, scoreboard, chat, roster etc) within the game.
Being responsible for driving the initial concept designs and style guides for Quickhit, a startup online game company has been one of my biggest challenges and also greatest successes. The initial prototype went through a series of phases until we finalized on the identity, style guide and user experience. The objective was simplicity and mass appeal to your average sports fan. Keeping that in mind, the game was designed to have large callout buttons, trendy material UI and fully customizable interfaces.
The objective for this project was to utilize audio and visual to create a animated 2D experience of Subway's 5 minute training course highlighting the importance of upselling to customers. One of the challenges was to make the characters seem alive and expressive. This was achieved through the use of gestures and eye blinks. The most difficult challenge was synchronizing the lip movements to the audio track. It was a successful project andI learned a lot about linear timeline animation and video optimization and encoding.
The objective for this project was to create an interactive mobile application in which any person or company can access Staples' new line of furniture, personalize and preview them in a real or 3D virtual environment, and finally purchase them for delivery or local store pick-up. This application would be available via smartphones, tablets and at Staples indoor kiosk. To aid with navigating seammlessly through the entire application are floating menus, product comparison options, personalisation and help widgets and a linear completion map to indicate where in the entire shopping experience you are.
This Subway project required designing and developing 5 robust digital menu panels to replace their in-store print menus. To enhance customers' experience, each panel provides the customer with different menu options to choose from: Subway's Signature subs, Local favorites, Freshfit salads, Daily specials or Build your own sub. The challenge was to understand and improve upon the customer's experience while keeping each panel simple, fluid and engaging. So built within each panel design were subtle animations and transition effects, which provided a guided walk-through and triggered a consistent engaged throughout the entire experience. I consider this project one of my favorite because it helped advance my knowledge in UX design and provided me some creative freedom in the design and development process.

This is an annual report branch site design and development for CDM Smith stakeholders, outlining the budget, resources and jobs performed throughout the year by the company. I was tasked with building the wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes and final site design and functionality. I was also responsible for consulting and providing creative directions based on their brand guidelines and latest design trends. The biggest challenges here were being responsible for the entire design and development process, designing the site with horizontal scrolling and justifying my design choices to the client.

'Skriniya' (Twin Stellar-Shaped Snowflake) Inspired by Don Komarechka (2:1 Zoom Ratio). 1st Experience with shooting Marco Photography. 'Skriniya' is Eskimo for "floating snow / snow that never touches earth". 82 shots later and I finally got it. It's very challenging; catching the right snowflake, getting the light angle right, while holding the camera steady all within 20 seconds before the flake melts! Find out more! Click here
